The safety of our guests is our number one priority. For peace of mind we’ve introduced some new measures to help play our part in combating COVID-19 and ensuring you have a safe holiday.

 

  • All rooms will have been deep cleaned prior to your check in
  • Windows will be open to allow full circulation of air
  • Time slots will be issued for check in and breakfast to adhere to social distancing regulations
  • A pre check-in form will be forwarded prior to check-in
  • Contact details will remain on file for 28 days to allow contact tracing if necessary
  • An evening meal menu will be forwarded by email which will allow you to reserve your meal at a time suitable to you, ensuring that your dining experience is safe

 

YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO PLAY YOUR PART

  • You will be required to thoroughly wash your hands for at least 20 seconds on arrival at the property
  • You will be required to social distance yourself from other guests
  • If you or any member of your party are experiencing Covid19 symptoms, you must not enter the property, this includes- a temperature of more than 37.8C, a new or persistent cough, a loss or charge in your taste or smell
